Skill Orbit is proud tonnounce that the first ever implementation of IBM RPA in Pakistan has gone live at EFU Life.

The Go-Live Ceremony of EFU Core Business Process Automation was held in Karachi and was attended by the senior leadership of Skill Orbit and EFU Life. With this innovative step, the insurer will automate its routine, key-stroke level processes to enhance the efficiency of its operations and revolutionize the way in which it carries out business.

With technology increasingly becoming a vital part of almost all business practices, it comes as no surprise that organizations across Pakistan are looking to automate and streamline their processes for increased efficiency and output. EFU Life’s partnership with Skill Orbit aims to achieve just that. With the Robotic Process Automation implementation, front-end, desktop-level, no-coding-required software bots will take over tedious, rule-based processes, allowing EFU Life professionals to focus on higher value tasks that are more important to the running of their business.

As Mr. Zain Ibrahim, Executive Director EFU Life, said while speaking at the event, the insurance industry in Pakistan is growing at an ever-increasing rate. There is, thus, a need to introduce innovative, cutting-edge technology into the sector to automate processes, enhance productivity, and optimize process data for better decision-making. “Our alliance with Skill Orbit and IBM to implement the IBM Robotic Process Automation is a reflection of our mission to build increased trust and confidence for our services and the delivery of insurance policies,” he further elaborated.

Mr. Muhammad Mairaj Yousuf, IBM Cloud & Cognitive Software Country Manager for Pakistan and Afghanistan also spoke at the event, congratulating Skill Orbit and EFU Life for the implementation, the first and the fastest one to take place in Pakistan. He further commented on the commitment of IBM to introduce the newest technology in Pakistan to accelerate the growth of the local economy.
